AstroNum: terms and privacy

AstroNum is an astrology and numerology app. It reads your birth chart, your numbers and the sky of the day, and helps you keep a diary. This page explains, in plain words, the rules of the app and what happens to your data.

Who we are

AstroNum is published by Zebrapad, the team behind Astrolearn. We are responsible for your data. For any question, write to marie@astrolearn.io.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what the app needs to work for you.

Your account: first name, username, email address, password (stored encrypted), language, gender if you give it, and your profile picture if you add one. Used to log you in and to show you to the friends you choose.
Your birth data: date, time and place of birth, and the names you give for numerology. Used to compute your chart, your numbers, your forecasts and your notifications.
People you add: the birth data of friends or family you enter yourself. Only add someone with their permission.
Your diary: the reflections you write, the voice notes you record and the pictures you attach. When you are logged in, they are saved on our server so you find them again on a new phone. Your mood stays on your phone.
Friends and groups: your friend requests, your friends, your groups, the reflections you choose to share with them and their likes.
Questions to Lumi: the question you type, sent with your chart data to our server so Lumi can answer.
Purchases: which product you bought, when, and until when it is valid. The payment itself is handled by Google Play or the App Store: we never see your card.
Usage data: which screens you open, a few key moments (sign-up, check-in, purchase), your app language and whether you have Plus, with your device model, system version and approximate country. Used to understand what works and fix what does not.
Notification token: a technical code from your phone, so we can send you notifications about your friends.

The app asks for the microphone only when you record a voice note, and for your photos only when you pick one. It does not use your location: you type your birth place yourself.

How we protect it

All data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to our servers is limited to the people who run the app. No system is perfect, so please keep your password to yourself.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, it is erased from our server (see below). Usage statistics are kept for 14 months at most. Purchase records are kept by the stores and RevenueCat as long as the law asks them to.

Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app:

Open AstroNum, tap your picture at the top of Home, then Settings (⚙).
Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page.
Confirm.

Your account, your birth data, your diary, your voice notes and pictures, your friends, your groups and the people you added are then erased from our server. It cannot be undone. Any copy in our backups disappears within 30 days.

If you can no longer open the app, write to marie@astrolearn.io from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my AstroNum account”. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store (see Subscriptions below).

“Delete this profile”, in the same Settings page, only removes your chart from this phone. Your account stays on the server.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, download a copy, limit what we do with it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, for example by turning notifications off in Settings. Write to marie@astrolearn.io: we answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

AstroNum is not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Between 13 and 18, you need a parent's permission. If you think a child has given us data, write to marie@astrolearn.io and we will delete it.

Using AstroNum

By using AstroNum, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

AstroNum is a tool for reflection, learning and fun. Astrology and numerology are not science. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Important decisions are yours to make, with the right professionals when needed.

Your account

Give true information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else uses it.

What you write and share

Your diary, your voice notes and your pictures stay yours. You allow us to store them and to show them to the friends you choose, only to run the app.

Please be kind. Do not share anything illegal, hateful or that belongs to someone else, and do not add someone's birth data without their permission. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Subscriptions and purchases

AstroNum Plus: opens everything in the app. It exists as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you pay, in your currency.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your Google Play or App Store account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Cancel: at any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions). You keep Plus until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
One-off purchases: (audio explanations, a monthly forecast, your 2027 forecast, the classes) are paid once. A monthly forecast opens that month only. The others stay yours as long as the app exists.
Restore: on a new phone, tap “Restore purchases” on your profile page (your picture on Home) or on the Plus screen, with the same store account.
Refunds: are handled by Google Play or the App Store, under their rules and the law of your country.
Rewards and codes: some free months (for example after a 21-day challenge) or unlock codes are gifts. They cannot be exchanged for money.

Prices can change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

In the European Union, you agree that digital content starts right after your purchase, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it has started, as the law allows.

Our content

The texts, lessons, drawings, sounds and code of AstroNum belong to Zebrapad. You may use them for your personal use only. Do not copy, resell or misuse the app, and do not try to break into it.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep AstroNum accurate and available, but the app is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will never stop or never contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here takes away the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

We may change or stop a feature. We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app before it applies.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you live in the European Union or another country with consumer protection rules, you keep the rights those rules give you, and you can also go to the courts of your country. Before any dispute, write to us: most problems are solved with one email.
